Booking

There is a NON-REFUNDABLE 25% booking fee required at the time of booking. Remainder of service cost is due online via checkout or invoice only. Subject to change

All payments made to J. Nicole Custom LLC are non-refundable. 

 

Please read the description of the service you are booking. 

 

If you do not see a service listed at the time of booking, I am not offering the service.

 

If you have any allergies I am not liable or responsible to restyle or repair a service if it is not listed. There are absolutely no refunds. 

THIS IS AN ADULT-ONLY SALON SUITE, I DO NOT OFFER KID SERVICES

NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS OR WALK-INS WELCOME

Hair Prep Before Appointment:

Wash and hair is included in services unless stated otherwise. Please read the description of the service you are booking.

If you have an undercut or shaved sides, please get a fresh clean cut before your appointment.

No outside products allowed unless prescribed by a dermatologist.

If you have matted and tangled hair you MUST add on that service to your appointment. If you arrive with your hair matted and tangled with failure to booking that service, you will forfeit your payment and will be required to book a new appointment.

Must come with previous style taken down and detangled properly. If you arrive with your previous style, you will forfeit your payment and will be required to book a new appointment.

Cancellations or Reschedule: 

Changes to your appointment must be done 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled appointment time. Anytime after, you will forfeit your payment. 

 

There will be NO REFUNDS if you do not cancel or change your scheduled appointment within 48 hours (2 days). 

 

Your original booking fee cannot be used as a credit towards a new appointment if you cancel instead of reschedule. 

 

In the event you have to reschedule, it must be within 2 weeks of your original appointment. If my schedule doesn’t allow it your appointment will be canceled and booking fee will not be refunded. 

 

There will be NO REFUNDS after service has been done. 

 

If you need to cancel, please do so through your reminder confirmation link that is sent via email and text push notification. 

 

Please do not text, DM or email to cancel your appointment. 

 

Grace Period: 

There’s a 15 minute grace period for all services. If you are 15+ mins late, your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled within 2 weeks if my schedule permits. There will be NO refunds.

 

No-Call / No-Show: 

If you have not rescheduled, cancelled, communicated, or arrived within 15 mins of your appointment time you will forfeit your booking fee. Clients who no-call/no-show appointments will not be able to book in the future. 

 

Please do not DM regarding your lateness. I understand things happen that are out of our control but please communicate with me. If you are running a few minutes behind please send a text to (810) 512-2192. If you are past the 15 min grace period, your appointment will be canceled. 

 

Appointment Details (Non-negotiable): 

Face mask required for all appointments. 

 

NO extra guest or kids. 

 

If there’s an issue (unraveling, unbraiding or loose hair) within 72 hours of your services, you are allowed one complementary restyle or repair. 

 

Please add on “Allergy Detox” service to your style and note any allergies you may have. If you have any allergies I am not liable or responsible to restyle or repair a service if it is not listed. 

 

This is a friendly work space, if needed you can bring your work materials to get your work done. 

 

Complementary snacks are provided as well drinks. You are free to bring outside water bottles or snacks. 

 

I pride myself on quality and consistency with each client. I want you to look and feel good leaving your appointment! If there is anything you are not comfortable with during your service or after your service is complete the day of your appointment please communicate with me and let me know. I’m here to service you and as your stylist my job is to make sure you’re satisfied.
